Mid week and time to shake the blues off with some Bob Marley. Everyone is familiar with Bob Marley in one way or another. Nowadays his name alone is synonymous with pot and pot culture. Far cry from what the man believed in. "Legend" is the definitive best of collection from Bob Marley & The Wailers. While there are a few other boxsets and collections that chronicle the music of Bob & The Wailers. I've uploaded the deluxe edition of "Legend" which includes two bonus tracks. One of the better best of collections out there for any artist. Worth the download.
"Legend" for me will always have a special spot in my life. This is the only Bob Marley release I need, hands down. Every year growing up the family at Thanksgiving would pack up and leave the desert for a few days and head out to the mountains. It was always a time for eclectic music, but the one standard was "Legend". Everyone knew every song and after a few it became one giant sing-a-long. I can put this album on and any bad vibes just seem to go away. It's a great best of collection and belongs in everyone's collection.
